PETITION – TO ABOLISH THE IRS

Please consider signing our Petition to Restore Economic Freedom, Abolish the IRS, Eliminate the Federal Income Tax; and, Remove Power from Congress, bringing it back to State and Local Government where it belongs.

We can do this by Repealing the Sixteenth Amendment, which gave Congress the power to tax incomes, “from whatever source derived,” drawing all power to Washington DC.

By convincing at least 38 State Legislatures to support an Amendment to remove centralized power from Congress and bring it back to the States, Congress can be bypassed altogether.

The Amendment must not only repeal the Sixteenth Amendment, it must include an adequate provision to prevent Congress from taxing all incomes (personal, business and corporate).
